Construction Kit vehicles

Most construction kits have some sets containing wheels, that enable the kit to be used for building different types of vehicle. Lego is quite good for making specific vehicles from instructions (eg the train below), but the many specialist Lego pieces make it less easy to use for vehicle challenges. Kits such as K'NEX and Meccano are in our view the best kits for Vehicle challenges.
